I am a not a professional, but whiskey has become my hobby. I am always on the look for new expressions, and new experiences involving single malts. 2 years ago, i was enchanted by one single malt (The Balvenie double wood) and from that moment, i couldnt look back. It’s been fun ever since!
I am quite the Peat-Head, but i do not limit myself to peated malts, as there are too many excellent malts out there, and keeping an open mind is always good, right?
This blog is all about whisky, and documents our good moments, our little experiences, and our tasting notes from whatever malts we encounter on our never ending journey : find , and drink
