Summer is almost over (or rather we wish it were, here in Israel it’s still hot, humid and nights here are warmer than midday in Scotland) and before we move into autumn, we have a last chance to enjoy the ripe fruit of summer.
The guys at Liqour.com asked Charlotte Voisey to host a series of four short films the first of which you can enjoy now – On a beautiful sunny afternoon, we accompany Voisey to San Francisco’s impressive Ferry Plaza Farmers Market to get her tips on finding the freshest and best ingredients. Then later, behind the bar, she whipped up a Raspberry Bellini and a Fresh Berry Delicious with her bounty, while dispensing practical and handy mixological wisdom the whole time.
