Compass Box Cocktails Take 2 : Oak Cross – Glaser’s Gorse Punch

Quite a lot of visitors from all over the world  on last week’s Peat Monster Daiquiri. Ready for another? This time a punch!

Glaser’s Gorse Punch

(cocktail recipe by : Nick Strangeway)

Capture 

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Compass Box Oak Cross
  • 70 ml Cold golden tip pure tea
  • 20 ml Blood orange sherbet
  • 45 ml Rhubarb syrup
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 20 ml Ginger Beer

Preparation:

Stir over rock ice and garnish with seasonal fruit (if possible garnish with gorse flowers).

Simple enough!
