Wemyss Malts  – ‘Lemon Cheesecake’ 1988 Invergordon (single grain)

Time to start a series of reviews for the latest batch of single casks from Wemyss Malts. Correct me if I am wrong, but this seems to be the first single grain bottling from Wemyss who usually do single cask malts. Very nice.
