i am looking fwd to your tasting notes of those two… interesting what your conclusions will be. as Serge twitter just yesterday, we have different noses, so maybe you will sense some more peat

Thanks for the interesting tasting notes! I knew the Beist was a more mellow Ardbeg, but I'm surprised to see your comments about hardly detecting peat and smoke on the nose. I now have a sample of each of these, and I'm looking forward to doing the same comparison.

Any chance you'll follow this up with a Uigeadail and Corry comparison? That one might be a much closer race!
